Sometimes what you need most from a medical appointment is time.
Time to tell the whole story.
Time to understand what has changed.
Time to consider whether seemingly separate symptoms might actually be connected.
You don’t need to know what’s wrong before you come
Many of the women who come to see me don’t fit neatly into one box. They may be experiencing perimenopause or menopause, PMS or PMDD. They may have ADHD or another form of neurodivergence, be awaiting assessment, suspect they may have ADHD, or have no neurodivergence at all.
Others simply know that something has changed and they don’t feel like themselves anymore.
Over the years, I have helped many women bring together different parts of their health that may previously have been considered separately.
My approach is not about assuming that everything is caused by hormones or ADHD. It is about taking the time to look at the whole clinical picture and work out what we can realistically do next.
Women come to see Helen about:
Perimenopause & menopause
PMS & PMDD
ADHD & Hormonal Change
Brain fog & cognitive change
Changes in mood or functioning
Menstrual symptoms
Thyroid / iron / Fatigue questions
Sleep and stress
Medication interactions
"I just don't feel like myself"
The starting point is not an assumption that everything is hormonal or ADHD-related. It is a proper medical assessment of the whole picture.

HORMONES . NEURODIVERGENCE . WHOLE PERSON CARE
ADHD, hormones and the female brain.

For many women, this can affect how symptoms present, fluctuate, and are experienced day to day,
